What is the drug interaction between tablet Amlodipine and tablet erythromycin?
Amlodipine has its toxitiy increased by erythromycin. nErythromycin may increase the cardiotoxicity of calcium channel blockers (CCBs) by inhibiting their CYP3A4-mediated metabolism and/or P-glycoprotein transport.
