Report to NPCB!
Your report will be a valuable input to NPCB and The Adverse Drug Event Reporting Committee (MADRAC) which monitors the ADR of a registered product after it was marketed. This will enable NPCB and MADRAC to monitor the trends in ADR for them take necessary actions such as initiating product recall, or withold the product from being marketed. You'll be able to contribute to the wellness of others by being a responsible customer.

We suggest that you take the form to your pharmacist or doctor. They will help you by providing us your clinical information such as your treatment history. Otherwise, you can fill the form yourself and submit online or print it and submit by post.
